German airline Lufthansa officially has become a strategic investor in Latvian national carrier airBaltic,
which is an important step in preparing airBaltic for the exit on the Exchange (IPO).
Lufthansa Group will invest 14 million euros and will receive for this convertible share, which will amount to 10% of the statutory capital of airBaltic. After airBaltic’s exit to the exchange this share will be converted into common shares.
