
Deutsche Lufthansa is continuing the consolidation of the market in Europe . It will invest 14 million euros in the Latvian air coast air air Baltic in a change to 10 percent of the it stake ,report Bloomberg.
Lufthansa’s investment will be converted into AirBaltic’s ordinary shares when the Latvian company will complete the planned Initial Public Offering (IPO).The German carrier will receive one seat in the AirBaltic observer fleet. The sandor is expected to be completed in the 2025 years.
Bloomberg premiums that Lufthansa is investing in the main Europe air lines , while retaining the opportunity to increase its participation in them.
