Longer ban advertising beer and bar on alcohol on cool days

Two petitions individuals, which were considered on Tuesday by the Senate committee, were submitted by physical persons.

In one of the requests to authorize the municipal council to restrict the temporary sale of alcoholic beverages – it was proposed to introduce regulation, according to which the municipal council may establish – in by a chapter – restrictions on temporary sale of alcoholic beverages intended for consumption outside the place of sale.

The restrictions would apply to sales conducted in the period from 1 November to 31 March. Rationale? It is emphasized, that in the winter period there are deaths due to refrigeration.
