Mark Formelle, together with the online supermarket 21vek, installed treadmills in place of the store windows, on which customers can test the look selected in the store. So far, the display case has been open for 1 day, but the company plans to introduce the innovation on an ongoing basis.
The live showcase was open on June 29, and professional stylists helped visitors choose looks, the purchase of which was offered a special 15% discount.
After trying on their look, customers had the opportunity to test it in motion – right on the treadmill. You can occupy it as much as you like until it becomes obvious that the clothes fit optimally or that a larger size is needed.
“It is important to us that clothes fit perfectly and are comfortable. In a regular fitting room this is not always possible, since you are standing still and can only imagine how the model will feel while moving. The live showcase is designed to correct this: on the treadmill from 21vek you can test any type of clothing. After this, there will be no doubt that it will be comfortable at a social reception with a carpet or while playing sports,” explains the innovation at Mark Formelle.
You can use a live showcase for photo shoots. But in the future it may become part of the routine fitting process.
Mark Formelle often implements unusual projects. So, last year the Belarusian brand created the world’s largest panel of socks “Dranik sa smyatankai”, and in May this year it presented a giant coloring book in Minsk.
