Lidl has started recruiting employees for the future store in Pleskodale, Riga. Although the new store on Remtes Street 21, near K. Ulmana gatve, is still under construction, the team, which will employ over 30 people, is already beginning to form, according to the requirements of the training program. The hourly wage rate for store employees is set at 6.50 euros, which means a monthly gross salary from 1050 to 1190 euros. In addition, various bonuses are provided: transport compensation, attendance bonus and others, amounting to up to 190 euros per month, and after a year of work, a salary increase is expected. In addition, all Lidl employees are given paid leave on their birthday. Work is offered in the morning shift from 6:00 to 14:00 and in the evening shift from 13:30 to 23:00.
