Lidl opens a 24-hour store. Opening in July

  • Pol'and'Rock Festival starts on Thursday, August 1 and will last until Saturday, August 3.
  • Lidl's Rock Island will be ready to welcome festival goers on Tuesday, July 30.

The Lidl store will be open 24 hours a day until Sunday, August 4 at 12.00. In the Lidl festival store you will be able to pay with all payment methods that are also available in the chain's regular stores, both cash and cashless. In addition to standard cash registers, self-service cash registers will also be available on site. Just like last year, the store will be located right next to the campsite, the Small Stage and the Academy of Fine Arts.

Rockowa Wyspa Lidl Polska at Pol'and'Rock Festival

Work has already started – it is estimated that the construction will take about a month. Interestingly, the festival pop-up will have an area of 1,400 sq m.

Lidl's Rock Island will be visible from afar – in addition to the store, there will also be a Lidl Polska attraction zone, which will be open throughout the Pol'and'Rock Festival. Visitors will be able to try their hand at an unusual obstacle course or relax in a specially prepared chill zone. Additionally, gadgets, competitions with prizes and rock and Lidl temporary tattoos will be available on Lidl's Rock Island.

Lidl Polska has been playing with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity for 15 years.

The history of the Lidl chain dates back to the 1930s, and the first chains under this brand were established in Germany in the 1970s. Currently, there are over 12,000 stores of this brand in 31 countries, and over 900 in Poland.
