Previously, Paweł Stachowiak was sales director in the Selgros chain. He spent a year working for the American branch of the Lidl chain, and previously held various positions for Lidl Polska for 11 years.

In 2019, Paweł Stachowiak was one of the people who appeared in the store chain's campaign. Employees convinced customers that it is worth shopping at Lidl because it is clean, fast and fresh.

Stachowiak argued that in 2018, Lidl received nearly 600 new products, created from scratch together with suppliers who received instructions regarding composition and quality.

Lidl Polska has been operating since 2002. The first store was opened in the capital of Greater Poland, in Poznań. Since then, the chain has opened approximately 900 stores throughout Poland. The company has 13 distribution centers in our country.

The history of the Lidl brand dates back to 1930. Then, the Lidl&Schwarz KG wholesaler was founded in Neckarsulm, Germany.
