On the morning of August 5, representatives of LHV Bank and Russian businessman Sergey Glinka met at Harju County Court to discuss Glinka's statement of claim in the determinative demand against LHV Bank. Viivika Siplane, press secretary of Harju County Court, confirmed that the court is currently handling a claim challenging the bank's extraordinary termination of the customer agreement with the plaintiff and related agreements. The preliminary hearing took place on August 5, during which the court discussed the circumstances in dispute that need to be proven, and set deadlines for the parties to submit responses. "The proceedings will be continued in written proceedings," Siplane said.
