year proved especially tough: historically record number of bankruptcies, more than 33 000 lost jobs and twice as many restructurings of companies compared with the previous years, wrote dv.ee.
Such statistics for 2024 year have been compiled by credit information company Creditsafe,
reports Dagens Industri.
A total of 10 141 shareholding societies went bankrupt, reported Creditsafe.
Despite the fact that more companies have been formed in Sweden in the last years, in last year 1.3% of all 780 780 000 000 shareholding companies went bankrupt. This is the highest percentage since 2013 year.
