Drogerie Natura: We are not closing stores
– The chain is not closing stores, but only restructuring and relocating places in order to reach customers even better and offer them an even wider range and availability of their favorite products. Several such relocations are planned for this year and we are currently engaged in this process. The last, successfully completed relocation of the Drogeria in Gorzów Wielkopolski shows us that these actions were justified. The new Drogeria attracted not only existing customers who are loyal to our brand, but above all, gained the recognition of new ones who assessed our offer very positively.
Importantly, at the same time, we are in the process of remodeling our stores, and we hope to finalize this process by the end of 2024. Regardless of investments in stationary drugstores, we are constantly developing our e-commerce channel.
We would like to remind you that Natura is the oldest Polish drugstore chain, operating for 27 years, which, despite growing competition from foreign entities, is constantly among the largest drugstore chains in Poland – says the company's management.
