The dairy producer Mlada (which produces products under the brands Mlada, Molola and others) is required to be declared bankrupt. The application for bankruptcy was filed with the Arbitration Court of Krasnoyarsk Krai by ZAO Sibir . This follows from the court materials, which Vedomosti has reviewed.

The amount of claims against Mlada LLC in the bankruptcy petition is 1.8 million rubles. Although previously, as follows from the data of the arbitration case file, the company owed just over 3 million rubles. As Evgeny Zubkov, a lawyer for Forward Legal, told us, Mlada also had problems with settlements with other counterparties. In particular, the company Yuridicheskaya Sila intends to file a bankruptcy petition against the enterprise – the corresponding notice has been posted on the Fedresurs website, the lawyer notes. In this case, according to him, we are talking about a debt of about 2.3 million rubles.
Mlada was founded in 2016 in Krasnoyarsk Krai and belongs to a certain Albina Menshchikova, according to SPARK-Interfax. The company is the largest producer of milk, dairy drinks and juices in the region, according to its website. The plant's capacity is 10 million liters (about 10,300 tons) per month. Its products are presented in 12 regions – from the Urals to the Far East. Among its partners are the retail chains Lenta, Krasny Yar and others.
The manufacturer's financial problems began after Rosselkhoznadzor discovered violations in the company's operations in January 2023.
