From July 1, 2024, a regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development has been published in the Journal of Laws extending the deadline for the implementation of projects under part No. 1 of the A1.4.1 KPO investment regarding support for SMEs.
This will reduce the risk of enterprises not implementing projects related to the processing or marketing of agricultural, fishery or aquaculture products on time.
