Jura Gate: "Construction is emerging from the ground intensively"
Construction crews are currently focusing on ground-level work – foundations, sanitary networks and drainage, gradually moving the structures upwards. Work is underway on ground stabilization, embankments and excavations. Reinforced concrete foundation work is advanced.

The implementation of external sanitary networks has begun. The drainage of the slope has already been completed. The main roof structure of the buildings has been ordered. As Brama Jury engineers report, construction is intensively emerging from the ground in the part of the facility associated with the retail park and the large-scale food market.
The shopping mall and cinema part of the facility will soon reach a similar stage. More teams of subcontractors are entering the construction site, responsible for new scopes of work. In the peak phase of construction, the general contractor has planned the work of nearly 180 employees of many specialties.
– Construction works are proceeding according to schedule. Material deliveries are being carried out as planned, which enables smooth execution of works, maximally utilizing the potential of all construction teams responsible for individual elements of the entire investment. Acceptances with industry inspectors of investor supervision are also taking place on an ongoing basis. So far, we have not encountered any obstacles – reports Marek Borowski, technical coordinator of Master Management Group.
Brama Jury – a new shopping facility in Zawiercie
The Jury Gate is being built in accordance with the highest standards in terms of sustainable development. Master Management Group, together with auditors and the general contractor, is also coordinating work related to obtaining Breeam certification during the construction phase.
The new retail facility in Zawiercie will combine a classic shopping mall with an internal passage and a retail park, as well as a four-screen cinema and a large-scale grocery store. On an area of 16,200 sq m, 40 stores offering fashion and accessories, footwear, sports, as well as household goods and RTV and household appliances are planned. There will also be a restaurant
and a café. Master Management Group is directly responsible for renting the facility.
The facility is being built in an attractive location for residents of the region and tourists, in the vicinity of the city's main communication artery, connecting with the Zawiercie bypass and the A1 motorway. It is a section of the popular national road no. 78 in Silesia. Near the Jura Gate there is a roundabout leading
towards Katowice, Częstochowa and the very center of Zawiercie, as well as a McDonald's restaurant, a gas station and a local economic zone. A parking lot for 517 cars will be built on site.
The general contractor of the works is SPEC BAU Polska. The architectural concept of the Master Management Group project was prepared by APA Via studio from Łódź.
