Jakub Budych is an experienced professional with several years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with numerous achievements in transactions (approx. EUR 2 billion) and valuations (EUR 11 billion). Now it will translate them into the development of Peakside's position in the logistics real estate segment. In his new role as development director, he will be responsible for increasing the scale of Peakside Capital Advisors' operations by identifying and developing new business opportunities and assessing goals and ongoing projects in Poland.

Before joining Peakside, Jakub Budych was associated with 7R, where he was responsible, among others, for: for co-creating and implementing the sales strategy, managing investor relations and looking for new investment opportunities. In 2023, he was responsible for one of the largest sales transactions of warehouse centers on the Polish market. Previously, he gained experience at Cushman & Wakefield in the capital markets and valuation department, as well as at Knight Frank and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics, majoring in capital investments and financial strategies of enterprises, as well as postgraduate studies in real estate valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology. He has also been a professional property appraiser for nearly 10 years.
