In the IT sector, expectations for salary increases have decreased compared to two years ago, said Eero Tohver, head and owner of the IT company Uptime, on the morning programme on Äripäev radio.
According to him, last year their average salary growth was about ten percent, and a few years ago it reached 20 percent per year.
“Finding people has also become somewhat easier than it was a few years ago, but the more experienced the specialist, the more difficult it is to find him,” Tokhver said.
