Farmers – natural persons, legal persons and organizational units without legal personality – will be able to apply for support. They must meet the following conditions:
- own real estate at least from the date of submitting the application for aid;
- keep registered there:
– breeding or breeding not less than 50 pigs or
– rearing or breeding using ecological methods, not less than 27 pigs or
– breeding pigs of native breeds or pigs of pure breeds;
- on the day of submitting the application for aid, be at least 18 years old (individuals);
- be assigned an identification number in the producers' records.

The funds obtained can be used, among others, for: for: building a fence, creating a covered disinfection basin, equipping the farm with disinfection devices, ensuring that people handling pigs can disinfect themselves, building or rebuilding a warehouse for storing straw, establishing a silo for ready-made feed or grain intended for feed and ensuring the keeping of pigs separately from other animals.
The maximum amount of funding throughout the entire implementation period of the CAP PS 2023-2027 is PLN 100,000. zloty. Aid will be granted in the form of a refund of 80% of eligible costs or – in the case of investments related to the construction of a fence – 80% of flat rates, which are:
- PLN 330 per linear meter of fence;
- PLN 2,960 for one gate;
- PLN 1,000 for one gate.
Up to 10% of the investment may be the so-called general costs.
Applications for granting aid can only be submitted electronically using the Agency's IT system, via the ARiMR Electronic Services Platform (PUE). Recruitment will last from June 27 to August 2, 2024.
