Kroger and Albertsons released the full list of the 579 stores it will divest as part of its proposed $24.6 billion merger, and Supermarket News has created an interactive Google map based on the data.
This visual way of looking at the divestiture plan that would sell the stores to C&S Wholesale Grocers indicates exactly where the stores are located, many of which being within less than a mile of one another.
The biggest changes will be seen in states like Washington, Colorado, and Arizona.
