The State Service Information Systems (RIA) has ordered resources for the development of language technologies for the chatbot Bürokratt for an amount
of more 1.6 million euros. This has become known from the register of government purchases.
The purpose of the tender is to procure resources for projects and activities in the area of language technology.
From the additional documents it follows, that the resources procured will be used to analyze and implement different language technology projects with the objective of improving the quality and capabilities of the chatbot Bürokratt, including, for example, the introduction of language models for different tasks, development and application of solutions based RAG and II, preparationofthedevelopmentofclassifiers,improvingtheapplicationforanonymizationandintegrationwithBürokratt,introducingtechnologiesforspeechrecognitionandtexttospeech,creatingadataanalysissystem.
