Nearly 6,000 sq m. modern warehouse and office space of InPost in Jelenia Góra

– Modern logistics centers and InPost branches are the heart of our infrastructure in Poland, which supports nearly 23,000 Paczkomat® devices and approximately 600 million parcels annually. Such volumes – with our highly stringent D+1 delivery standards – require perfect logistics and planning, and above all, excellent sorting infrastructure. We have been investing in the development of our hubs for years. Our experience and competitive advantages in Poland also work on European markets – says Dariusz Lipiński, vice-president of the management board for operations at InPost.

The modern InPost facility has intelligent solutions, including: BMS system, Smart Metering system, DALI system, motion sensors and gray water recovery. Additionally, the investment has 14 courier gates and 4 gates for unloading and loading trucks. There are also roofed bicycle shelters for employees at the facility. The LED lighting installed throughout the facility and its surroundings is powered by photovoltaic panels, which meets the needs of the entire facility. The uninterrupted operation of the branch is ensured by a power generator prepared to InPost standards with the option of automatic power switching in the event of loss of power from the city network.
