Rosalkogoltobakkontrol warned individual entrepreneurs and agricultural producers that a new requirement will come into force on September 1, 2024, according to which the software and hardware of an agricultural producer (except for an organization) and an individual entrepreneur must be located at each place of business, writes buh.ru.

The specified obligation was introduced by the RF Government Resolution of 27.03.2024 No. 379. Accordingly, all locations of individual entrepreneurs and agricultural producers must be entered into the EGAIS directory, indicating the global unique identifier of the address object in the federal address information system.
Entering information about the place of business into the EGAIS directories is carried out on the EGAIS UTM Home page in the “Adding an organization” section.
Before adding information about the place of business, you must make sure that the current version of UTM 4.2.0 BuildNumber 2616 is installed.
