Omnichannel tech retailer Foxtrot continues to update its retail network. On August 19, in the Kyiv region, in the city of Bila Tserkva, a renovated Foxtrot store opened in the Hermes shopping center. Despite the fact that the area remained unchanged (total – 1,526 sq. m, retail – 1,223 sq. m), thanks to the redevelopment, it was possible to significantly increase the number of goods presented in the sales area.
As reported to RAU by the company's press service, the store in Bila Tserkva offers one of the widest assortments in the Foxtrot chain and will be one of the first to receive new technology. The sales area focuses on popular innovative products tested in brand zones of famous manufacturers: DeLonghi, Samsung, Xiaomi, LG, Electrolux, Philips, Sony and others. For example, a new concept of a brand zone from Samsung is presented, which provides for the display of smartphones along with accessories for them.
The range of large household appliances has been significantly expanded, in particular, with new brands – Beko, Whirlpool, Hisense with an expanded representation of the premium segment. For example, the Bosch brand has created a completely new brand zone to present its product.
It is worth noting the updated design of the store with elements of embroidered shirts. Foxtrot in Bila Tserkva became the fourth in the chain, where elements of Ukrainian ornaments were used in the interior design. Significant changes affected the hub area, which united the cash register areas, issuing online orders and providing additional services. The entrance group and lighting were also modernized.

In addition, the store has a specialized service for customers with hearing impairments. Thanks to the installed software and QR codes for calling an online translator in sign language, customers can receive barrier-free advice.
