Eleport, the leading provider of public charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Central and Eastern Europe, is reducing prices for services in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
From Thursday, Estonian Eleport customers will be able to charge electric vehicles 8 cents per kWh cheaper in the evenings and on weekends. According to the head of Eleport in Estonia, Kaupo Eerme, Estonian residents have learned to shift their electricity consumption, which helps to harmonize electricity prices. The same approach is now being applied to public electric vehicle charging.
Price reductions also occurred in other countries. This is especially noticeable in Poland, where the average market price is significantly higher than in the Baltic countries. In Latvia and Lithuania, the cost of the service was unified.
