As reported, the disputed shipment contained frozen, minced pollock meat. Its sale was prohibited "due to exceeding the date of minimum durability", and the decision was made immediately enforceable
Due to the presence of live and dead pests, IJHARS blocked the transport of rice and flax imported to Poland. A batch of 25 tons of rice from Myanmar (i.e. Burma) was stopped by inspectors from Lublin.
A batch of over 22 tons of flax seeds from Ukraine with pests was revealed by their colleagues from Rzeszów. In both cases, the inspectorates issued a decision to prohibit the introduction of the products to circulation in Poland with immediate enforceability.
