Group Releases at Post Poland
The Post Management Post Poland has adopted 7 January br. a resolution on the intention to implement the Voluntary Departure Program. The company has begun the formal steps necessary to implement the assumptions of the Transformation Plan.
For the next 20 days all union organizations acting in Poland Post will have the opportunity to reject the such important for the future Post topic. The initiation of consultation does not mean the launch of the PDO program.
The proposal sent to professional unions specifies two stages. In the first it will implement the Voluntary Departure Program. It plans the possibility of termination of the employment contract by agreement between parties. The employee’s decision to eventually select this dissolution will also mean the opportunity to take the largest in the history of the company subscription program.
Amount of compensation
In addition to the compensation resulting from the law, for eligible employees there is compensation, which the amount may stipulate:
– equivalent to 9 times the monthly basic salary, to the employee at the end 2024 year., which would be paid according to the proposal in nine equal ratings monthly;
– or the equivalent of 5 times the monthly basic salary, serving the employee at the end 2024 year., which would be paid in according to the proposal at the time of 21 days after the date of termination of employment.
Choice of option of voluntary compensation shall be only to the employee. Including the compensation and the compensation, the total financial provision may be equivalent to each year’s remuneration.
Furthermore under the subscription program it is also proposed to also: retain free access to learning foreign language until end 2025 year.; opportunity for continuation of group insurance and additional medical care on theexisting conditions for 3 years after termination of the contract; the reimbursement of costs for training and/or studies completed while working in Poland; no period of termination allowing the start of new work already on the next day after termination of the contract.
The scale of Voluntary Departure Program and the final form of it are consulted with the social party and will be adapted to the needs and capabilities of individual organizational units. The exact date of starting processes will be defined by resolution of the government after completion of consultations. The date of completion Program is scheduled to 30 April 2025 year.
During the second stage to optimize employment – under Group release, The Management prescribes the possibility of declaring the termination of employment contracts for employees, who do not decide to exercise the opportunity to enter agreement, under the Voluntary Departure Program.
Information on the subject of the Board of Poland has been communicated to the relevant district offices.
