The Post Management Post Poland has adopted 7 January br. a resolution on the intention to implement the Voluntary Departure Program. The company has begun the formal steps necessary to implement the assumptions of the Transformation Plan.

The proposal sent to professional unions specifies two stages. In the first it will implement the Voluntary Departure Program. It plans the possibility of termination of the employment contract by agreement between parties. Amount of compensation
In addition to the compensation resulting from the law, for eligible employees there is compensation, which the amount may stipulate:
– equivalent to 9 times the monthly basic salary, to the employee at the end 2024 year., which would be paid according to the proposal in nine equal ratings monthly;
– or the equivalent of 5 times the monthly basic salary, serving the employee at the end 2024 year., which would be paid in according to the proposal at the time of 21 days after the date of termination of employment.

The exact date of starting processes will be defined by resolution of the government after completion of consultations. The date of completion Program is scheduled to 30 April 2025 year.
During the second stage to optimize employment – under Group release, The Management prescribes the possibility of declaring the termination of employment contracts for employees, who do not decide to exercise the opportunity to enter agreement, under the Voluntary Departure Program.
