18 months instead of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development extended the deadline for implementing investments in the processing or marketing of agricultural, food, fisheries or aquaculture products – from 12 months to 18 months from the date of concluding the agreement to provide support for the project and no later than March 31, 2026.
According to the regulation:
Support is granted for projects whose implementation lasts no longer than 18 months from the date of concluding the agreement to provide support for the project and no longer than until March 31, 2026;

Publication of the regulation
On August 7, 2024, the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of July 31, 2024 amending the regulation on the detailed purpose, conditions and procedure for granting support in the field of processing or marketing of agricultural, food, fishery or aquaculture products was published in the Journal of Laws as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan (Journal of Laws, item 1203).
Upon publication of the regulation, it entered into force.
