Fashion retailer House of CB is opening a permanent flagship site on Oxford Street, after previously trading from a pop-up store on the shopping district.
The womenswear brand is acquiring an additional 35,000 sq ft of space at the same site as its current 10,000 sq ft pop-up store on 225 Oxford Street, which trades from the first and ground floors.
The success of the temporary store means House of CB is extending to the second and third floors of the property, with international real estate advisor Colliers advising the landlord on the deal.

The retailer opened the pop-up in December, marking the brand’s third store in the UK, after its Westfield Stratford and Manchester Arndale shops. The business also operates standalone stores in Los Angeles and Atlanta.
Colliers head of central London retail Paul Souber said: “House of CB has made a significant shift in recent years from being a pureplay and hugely successful online retailer, to opening physical stores in international locations.
“This latest permanent flagship space on Oxford Street exemplifies the value that many brands place on bricks and mortar stores.”
