Valentin Kazak lives in his private house in Ida-Viru County without the right to leave the gate. He is under house arrest and wears an electronic monitoring bracelet on his ankle. The owner and only employee of Skalar OÜ, which is engaged in international transportation, was arrested and charged with 16 counts of violating European sanctions against Russia, as well as war propaganda.
