The new facility, strategically located near Mahoniowa and Jędrzejowska streets in Łódź, will occupy over 43,000 sqm. cmT will work closely with the developer, Panattoni, and the general contractor, Depenbrock, to effectively manage the schedule, documentation and costs.
In addition, cmT will supervise quality processes to identify and eliminate any defects and ensure that all activities are in compliance with Polish construction standards.
