
Functionaries from the Police Commissariat in Pelplin arrested a 60-year-old man, who first attempted to, and then conducted theft of 20 tons of thistle from a warehouse on private property.
The findings of the investigation indicate, that the 60-year-old had broken into the building and loaded 20 tons of grain onto the trailer of his trailer. “He was however spooked by the owner of the possession and fled from the place of the incident, without taking the hulk” – reported police officials. The perpetrator however didn’t leave and after sure time returned to the farm and this time he run away with a loaded trailer.
Thanks to the fast reaction of the owner and operational actions, police quickly determined the identity of the perpetrator and the place, where he hid the stolen trailer. The perpetrator was arrested, and the robbed seeds in whole recovered. The detainee heard two charges – attempted theft with burglary and theft with
burglary. For future punishments the 60-year-old has acquired a asset worth 45 thousand gold. The Criminal Code prescribes
in this case a punishment of up to 10 years of imprisonment.
