Harrods relaunches website amid digital overhaul

Harrods has relaunched its ecommerce platform as part of an overhaul of its digital operations.

The luxury department store has partnered with ecommerce specialist Scayle to “elevate the online purchasing experience by providing customers with a seamless journey”.

The new website includes refreshed landing pages, a headless front end, and an integrated ERP alongside all other third-party systems.

Harrods also uses Scayle’s product information, shop management and order management systems.

The new website will be followed up with an “upgraded” mobile app that will launch in the coming months.
