At the limit of opportunity

When the object of trade exhausts its potential in existing limits, the only opportunity for further development is expansion, construction of new space. Building in time of war – challenges, risks, opportunities

But build in time of full-scale war, even in the depth country is a difficult enough task, since the missiles and drones are reaching everywhere in Ukraine. The violation of logistics and lack of labor resources, when the needed specialist needs a very long search. Plus in addition the power outage and general unpredictability of the situation.

For example, because of a missile falling into the warehouse of a supplier in the Lviv region of the decking was burned, which should have been delivered to the construction of the second stage of the TRC.

To predict and overcome these challenges in the realization of the second order Podolyany Mall was used tactics, that has been tested by time (financial crisis, covid times). To that is, to make decisions quickly, to be flexible and diversify all risk.

Scheduled Opening

The second stage construction is continuing continuously and is already on schedule, to by the fall of 2025 to put into operation an additional 21 000 sq. m. The new construction will be united with the existing TRC and together the total area of the object will 71 000 sq. m.
