Pocket park at the Factory outlet
FACTORY has built a pocket park in the immediate vicinity of the outlet, located in Luboń near Poznań. On 2 thousand square meters, a unique green zone was created, rich in diverse, local plants and small architecture.
This new place will combine two functions. On the one hand, it will significantly enrich the local ecosystem. On the other, it will be a relaxation zone. We will plant native vegetation, required by ecological reports, trees with the size of crowns required by auditors and we will take care of soil drainage. Our green area will become a habitat for insects. Additionally, it will be equipped with a gazebo – lists the advantages of the new place Aleksandra Grychowska, director of FACTORY Poznań at NEINVER, the manager of FACTORY outlets in Poland.
The potential of the new place will also be used for special marketing events and local campaigns for residents.

FACTORY Poznań is located in Luboń near Poznań. It is a popular, only outlet centre in Wielkopolska. The outlet offers shops of local and international brands with products at constantly reduced prices from 30% to 70%. The centre is located on the A2 motorway and numerous regional roads. Getting to FACTORY from the centre of Poznań takes about 20 minutes. You can also get there by bike, thanks to the network of bike paths.
