As more and more people from Estonia go on holiday abroad, Europe as a whole is complaining about a new type of poverty – “holiday poverty”.
Almost 40 million people, or 15 percent of the European Union's working population, face "holiday poverty," meaning they cannot afford to go on holiday for even a week, according to a recently published study by the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC).
