Construction of the Gorzów Power Center begins

– With the signing of the contract with CFE, we are starting construction and are already planning the official opening of the facility in the third quarter of 2024. In parallel with the dynamic organizational and construction progress, we are very happy with the huge commercialization success of our Gorzów project. Almost a year before the planned opening, we have an almost completely completed purchase offer, which is extremely attractive – says Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner, Acteeum Central Europe.

When will the Gorzów Power Center be launched?

The opening of the finished facility, which is almost fully commercialized, is planned for the third quarter of 2024. Gorzowskie Power Center with a total area of 25,000. m2 will offer over 30 stores, including the largest and most modern free-standing Decathlon sports store in the region, a Biedronka supermarket and a whole range of stores of fashion, discount, drugstore, sports and other brands. Conveniently connected, the facility will offer parking for approximately 800 vehicles and infrastructure for charging electric vehicles. The project will also include relaxation zones, entertainment, games and activities for children, gastronomy and many small architecture solutions.

What do we know about Gorzów Power Center

Gorzów Power Center will be the first and largest shopping complex of this type in Gorzów Wielkopolski and the region. The complex will be built on a plot of land with an area of 8 ha, located at Walczaka Street, one of the main entrance roads to the city center. The facility will be built in the immediate vicinity of the independently developed Selgros hypermarket and a gas station.

Gorzów retail park with a total area of 25,000 m2. square meters GLA will offer a Biedronka store with an area of 1.3 thousand m2. sq m and a wide range of fashion stores such as Sinsay, Cropp, House, Diverse, HalfPrice, New Yorker and CCC, sports brands (Decathlon, Martes Sport), drugstores, as well as the Jysk chain, a consumer electronics store, Tedi and Maxi Zoo stores.
