On July 11, 2024, the M.Video company appealed to the Intellectual Rights Court (IPR) with a request to partially terminate the legal protection of the M.Money trademark owned by MTS.
Representatives of M.Video insisted that MTS does not use its trademark in the following areas: advertising, business management, financial, foreign exchange and banking services, insurance services, real estate services.
“The parties reached an agreement out of court. The claim is in the process of being withdrawn,” the retailer’s press service emphasized .
