Minimum wage 2025 in up. What rates?
– Mathematics is unrelenting. The condition of many entrepreneurs, especially in trade, industry or in the service sector is dependent on costs of employees. Year to year we have recorded a consecutive, significant increase in minimum wage. Today in Poland a salary costs an employer minimum 5600 PLN. Exactly 5621 zł costs the employer a full-time employee, even if that receives net slightly over 3500 zł – says Hanna Mojsiuk, president of Northern Izba Business in Szecin.

Higher costs of employers will be transferred to consumers
Entrepreneurs have been noting for many months that the system increases the minimum pay requires large corrections. Experts of the labor market have no doubt, that 2025 year will be a time when pay will increase not only for workers at the lowest level, but also for those who have hitherto earned “average” wages, and will prevent the situation that their pay is equal to the minimum wage.
