Estonian industrial enterprises will only be able to survive if they are able to invest in high-tech equipment and attract employees with world-class skills. This is the opinion of participants in the economic debate held at the opening of the Aquaphor Tooling plant.
At the debate
“Is there hope for Estonian industry?”, which took place within the framework of the opening of the plant, the participants acknowledged the complexity of the current situation, but noted that the outlook remains encouraging.
“Estonian industrial enterprises can attract quality clients only with investment in advanced equipment and specialists, – – announced executive director of Aquaphor Tooling Janek Kuudorw. – – If the situation with the attraction of skilled foreign labor will not improve, Industry expects more government support in training and retraining of local residents.”
