Frigo will develop its fleet towards electromobility

– A reliable fleet is the basis of our business, which is why we invest in its development. We test new solutions available on the market, where electric vehicles are increasingly entering the market. We will develop our fleet towards electromobility, choosing solutions tailored to our needs and those of our business partners. This is why we are currently testing a new model of electric Mercedes together with our long-term partner – FRoSTA. Such solutions are a step towards reducing the carbon footprint and introducing pro-environmental solutions. This aspect of the business is important both for us and our clients – explains Krzysztof Pawlik, managing director for transport at Frigo Logistics.

– Participation in electric car tests is another step for FRoSTA on the way to achieving strategic goals for environmental protection and reducing the carbon footprint. Additionally, thanks to cooperation with Frigo Logistics, a partner known for its experience and open to introducing innovative solutions, we can thoroughly learn about the challenges and benefits related to the electrification of transport, both in terms of planning and infrastructure – says Paweł Wojciechowski, Commercial Director for Poland and Central Europe, FROST.

As part of the Frigo Logistics fleet development plan and investment in new vehicles, the company also plans to carry out further tests, including: semi-trailers. Final decisions related to the purchase of new vehicles, including electric vehicles, are tentatively planned for the second half of the year, after all planned tests are completed.
