Logistics park in Krakow for EUR 21 million from mBank
Thanks to the signing of the lease agreement, the facility was fully commercialized during the construction phase. As part of the investment, Fortress plans to deliver approximately 55,000 sq m. modern warehouse space.

Construction of Fortress Logistics Park Zabrze began in August 2023. The logistics park, which will be implemented in stages, is the first investment in Europe in which Fortress is both an investor and a developer. So far, approximately 23,000 sq m has been put into use as planned. of the ultimately planned 77,500 sq m. surface.

The building meets the highest technical standards and is environmentally friendly. The entire area will be equipped with, among others: with photovoltaic panels, an intelligent energy monitoring system, electric vehicle charging stations and LED lighting, which will be confirmed by the BREEAM New Construction certificate at the "Excellent" level.
