
The Territorial Department of KOVR in Poznan published the list of agricultural real estates designed for leasing in Stawiany, in the municipality Skoki, in wągrowiecki district. The list includes 31 agricultural real estate developed and undeveloped with a total areal of over 690 hectares!
Land with history
The prepared for tendering real estate were before the war in the assets of the served for the country of the Chlapowski family. General Dezydery Chlapowski would be one of the leaders of the November Uprising, of the Great Poland Uprising, and a soldier and hero of Napoleon’s campaign. In the time of the Prussian occupation he fought against germanization, founded the first Polish newspapers for the people in Wielkopolska, but he was also the pioneer of the triple-header, the author of the handbook for farmers and the propagator of machinery and new technologies in the crops.
After the II World War the Chlapowski properties were nationalized and used they first the State Farm Agricultural in Jabłków, and after the PGR in Rybno Great. After the collapse of communism the Chlapowski heirs
started a battle for return of the looted assets, which only in some part has ended with success, and they have not stopped
claims against the State Treasury. KOVR informs therefore in the list about pending civil proceedings, the subject of these grounds.

The largest in the list
are the two largest real estate prepared by KOWR for tenders. The largest has 134.6725 ha, and another on the list of 99.1026 ha. On this smaller are the following. buildings of the former gastery and playment Pawlowo, and in addition to this warehouses, objects and productive facilities. There is however also also almost 85 ha of arable land. Most of this land class IV, V and VI, there are also some hectares class II, IIIa and IIIb. A in addition to this over 6ha of meadows and about 2 ha of pasture, the rest is a slice.forest and unused land. For the whole areal KOVR will receive the rent equivalent to 434 dt of wheat, of which 362 dt for agricultural land.
On the largest 134-hectare property we have from the countryside buildings such as: cows, tables, barns, garages, workshops and other buildings outbuildings, including a vintage spichler.
Obout we have only none of 90 agricultural land classes from IIIa to VI, of
which most is land class IVa and IVb – total over 50ha. There is
also over 26 ha of meadows and over 5ha of pastures. KOVR has established an annual rent for plots at a level of 504 dt of wheat, including 478 dt per land.

Land undeveloped
The remaining real estate in the recommended list of Poznan KOVR is land undeveloped, whose areals measuring from 11 to nearly 50 ha. Most are plots in the range to 20 ha, the larger are only three: 49.62ha; 34.9308 ha and 21 ha. This is primarily a orrery land in the front classes III-VI, with a significant property of classes IVa and IVb and with a significant share of meadows and pasture.
There are one exceptions, however. The largest 49-hectare real estate consists of mainly land class V (26,83 ha) and class VI (1.5 ha), but to dispose there are also 16 ha
of meadows and 3.74 ha of pasture. For this plot KOVR would like to obtain in annual rent
a minimum 115 dt of wheat. For a plot of number 60 of a area of 14.
48 ha the yearly rent is of the collection of 48dt, a this is the proper same pasture.
For comparison it is worth there however to set a more typical for the whole offer real estate, for example. plot with number 35 of area 11.45 ha, with land classes IIIb to VI, and annual rent of 49 dt wheat.

Provided in the published list of real estate KOVR intends to lease for periods from 1 year
to 10 years. Not all agricultural and undeveloped land is free from advantages, such as archeological sites, such infrastructure technical or media.
