Experiential store spaces are no longer confined to lifestyle and fashion categories. Foodstories, a fresh new gourmet food experience launched in March 2024, has launched its second store at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, after launching its first store in New Delhi. “This experiential food destination caters to a well-traveled consumer who is passionate about food, is continuously on the lookout for standout ingredients and experiences, and appreciates the value of eating good food with a hope for a better and longer life,” says the company.
The Foodstories multi-channel experience was designed by Malherbe, a Paris-based architectural agency that’s built experience centres for some of the most luxurious brands in the world including Dior, Moet-Hennessy, Paris Aeroport, and Givenchy.
“At Foodstories, we believe our mission is to improve the quality of life of our consumers by sourcing and creating the finest products where our consumers can taste quality, and celebrate the diversity of the world’s food landscape by working with the finest growers and makers across provenance to bring exceptional ingredients and produce to the Foodstories shelves,” says Ashni Biyani, co-founder at Foodstories.
“Foodstories was born out of Ashni’s and my passion for food, as well as our obsession with delivering high-quality experiences and products to India’s most discerning food connoisseurs. After launching our first store in Delhi in March 2024, we’re excited to bring Foodstories to Hyderabad; a city that’s stepped in culture and an appreciation for everything fine,” says Avni Biyani.
