In its latest announcement, ARiMR explains that due to the declaration of a state of natural disaster in the area of parts of the Lower Silesian, Opole and Silesian voivodeships, the deadlines for fulfilling obligations to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture have been extended. Farmers will also be able to apply to ARiMR for debt cancellation or payment by installments.

In addition, if the farmer has not fulfilled the obligations arising from the administrative decision to grant aid on time, he or she may submit an application to restore the deadline. Such a document should be submitted within 7 days of the end of the state of disaster. In the case of support granted on the basis of a contract under the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy for 2023-2027, an application to restore the deadline should be submitted within 14 days of the end of the state of natural disaster.
Note: reinstatement of the deadline is not possible in the case of beekeeping interventions.

Procedure of beneficiaries of PS WPR in case of force majeure
Attention should also be paid to the procedure for beneficiaries of the PS WPR 2023-2027 in the event of force majeure. When a flood affects crops or animals declared for payment, and the farmer is unable to meet his obligations, he must immediately submit a written statement of the circumstances to the district office of ARiMR after the event. In the case of aid granted under an agreement, a report of the occurrence of force majeure must be submitted to the appropriate ARiMR office within 15 working days of the end of the state of natural disaster.
