The franchisor of the Narvesen Narvesen – Reitan Convenience Latvia – closed five five trading points of new concept in the network of gasoline stations (gas stations) network Neste Latvija, reported
in the company. The company explained that the Narvesen kiosks were closed in cause of changes in the trading conditions and the increase in costs, since these
maintenance were unreasonable financially from a point of view. Two trading points were in Riga, on Lielirbes and Brivibas gatva,
and one in Ogre, Salaspils and Tinuzi. “The decision to close any trading point is complicated, but it is always based on the financial indicators and
the assessment of the customer flow, ” said Reitan Convenience Latvia. It was reported earlier that in the fall of 2023 Neste Latvija decided to close five five contactless self-service stores Neste Easy Deli, and at their location in February
of last year were opened five previously mentioned Narvesen kiosks. Neste Neste Latvija explained earlier that the company worked over the opening of the stores for about two years and invested more than 500 000 euros in their development, technology and security solutions.
The first contactless self-service store the company opened in 2021 . The Neste Easy Deli Self-Service stores were closed, because the volume of sold goods was
