Finnish beer maker Olvi makes a significant portion of its profits in Belarus . After the outbreak of full-scale war in Ukraine, the company promised to leave Belarus, but later said that a change in the law adopted in that country prohibited the company from selling its business.

Olvi reported that it made a profit of 42.2 million euros in the first half of this year, of which 16.6 million was earned in Belarus, writes the news portal of the Finnish national broadcaster Yle.
