The owner of the facility – Union Investment – has entrusted the supervision of all works – from concept to implementation – to Multi Poland, which has been the Property Manager of the property for 5 years. This is another investment of this type in this location. This time the center will expand by almost 3,000. sq m
– Earthworks and construction works are currently underway. Our priority at the moment is the comfort of customers and tenants. The center operates without any significant changes. We plan to complete the investment at the beginning of the second quarter of next year – says Anna Fabianowska, Senior Asset Manager at Multi Poland.
Ferio Konin is currently 100% leased. The process of commercialization of the added space is ongoing.
– The new brands that we will introduce to the center will not only complement the existing Ferio Konin offer, but will also become an attractive and target shopping destination in itself. – says Anna Fabianowska.
The architectural design for the extension of Ferio Konin was prepared by the Warsaw office Open Architektura Sp. z o. o. The general contractor for the construction was Muniak Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. The works are scheduled to be completed at the beginning of the second quarter of 2025.
