The Palazzo shopping mall will soon feature a Balance Store fashion hall, which will feature 30 stores of Belarusian fashion brands. All corners will be fenced off and have their own interiors and fitting rooms.
The fashion hall will occupy about 1,350 square meters on the second floor of the Palazzo shopping center, where H&M previously operated. Inside, there will be wide passages and a “ringed” layout to ensure high traffic for each store. In the center, there will be a waiting area in the form of an “island” with soft sofas.
All corners will be separated from each other by partitions, so that stores can be decorated to their taste and emphasize the individuality of their brands.
The owners of the fashion hall will provide the premises in a ready-made form – with repairs, partitions and infrastructure. All that remains is to bring the clothes – and you can let the customers in.
The Balance Store will feature a wide range of women's clothing, footwear, underwear, swimwear and accessories. Men's brands will be presented nearby.
"This space will be different from everything Belarusians have seen before. In fact, the buyer will be able to visit 30 stores at once, each with its own design, assortment, and atmosphere. At the same time, we are selective in forming the pool of corners: spaces will be given to Belarusian brands, for which people are ready to travel even from another city," the Balance Store noted.
There will also be one large fitting area for visitors with floor-length art mirrors and selfie spots. For the first time, it will feature a function to call a consultant. It will work like this: you choose several models from different stores and call the brand representatives in turn in the fitting room to clarify the details. They will then take the clothes back.
