Corn prices on MATIF have gone up slightly
Yesterday, wheat in the September delivery contract at MATIF fell by 1.4 percent and cost EUR 215.25/t (PLN 929/t), and year-on-year the price fell by 7.2 percent. The price of corn on the Paris exchange in the November contract rose by 0.2 percent and amounted to EUR 203.75/t (PLN 879/t), and over the past year it has fallen by 9.5 percent.
Grain prices overseas down
Wheat on the CBoT in the September contract fell by 0.7% and cost USD 197.77/t. In year-on-year terms, prices fell by 18.0%. The price of corn in the September contract on the Chicago exchange fell by 1.4% and amounted to USD 150.88/t, and over the past year it has fallen by 21.1%.
