The situation is similar with SEB bank clients: there are problems with Smart-ID, but authentication using other tools is possible. Sanita Meiere, head of the Latvian branch and business relations of SK ID Solutions, the developer of Smart-ID, confirmed to Delfi Bizness that the use of Smart-ID has been disrupted since 9.31 am on Thursday. The circumstances are currently under investigation, but it is suspected that the problems are related to a cyber attack.
