Eurozone industrial output fell 0.6 percent in May from April, and the European Union as a whole fell 0.8 percent, according to Eurostat data. However, Estonia recorded an increase of 3.8 percent.

On an annual basis, industrial production fell 2.9 percent in the eurozone in May and 2.5 percent in the EU, Eurostat said. Industrial production in Estonia decreased by 1.3 percent compared to last year.
