The development of the long-term plan involved about 300 specialists, scientists and representatives of the tourism industry. The aim of the document is to establish guidelines for increasing the attractiveness of Estonia both for tourists, and for entrepreneurs.
Ain Käpp Ain Käpp said on Radio 4, that one of the chief problems is that, that tourists come to Estonia predominantly in summer, while in winter foreign visitors are few.
